These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of algotraderfx.store (the "Site") and the purchase and use of the AlgoTrader Expert Advisor ("AlgoTrader", the "EA", or the "Bot") made available through it. By creating an account, submitting an order, or downloading the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Bot.
1. What we sell
AlgoTrader is a single, one-time-purchase digital product: a downloadable automated trading Expert Advisor file designed for use with MetaTrader 4 (MT4). Access to the Bot is unlocked on a per-account basis after payment has been confirmed as described below.
2. Accounts
To purchase and later download the Bot, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Payment and order confirmation
Payment is accepted in Bitcoin (BTC) only. To place an order you submit your account details along with the transaction ID (TXID) of your BTC payment. Submitting an order does not immediately grant access to the Bot — an administrator manually verifies each payment on the blockchain before approving the order.
Orders are typically reviewed within a few hours, though this is not guaranteed. You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed or rejected. A confirmed order unlocks the download button on your account page; a rejected order does not, and you will be notified of the reason where applicable.
Submitting a transaction ID that has already been used on another order, or that does not correspond to a genuine payment of the listed amount to our published BTC address, will result in the order being rejected.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and the Bot has been made available for download. Because the Bot is a digital product that cannot be "returned" once delivered, we do not offer refunds after confirmation, except where a payment was confirmed in error on our part.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or an order was approved or rejected by mistake, contact us using the details below and we will review it.
5. No investment advice, no guaranteed results
Trading foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. AlgoTrader is a tool that executes trades automatically according to its programmed logic — it does not guarantee profit, and past performance (including any performance figures, equity curves, win rates, or statistics shown on this Site) is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Nothing on this Site or provided with the Bot constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decision to use the Bot on a live or demo trading account, for the funds you allocate to it, and for any resulting gains or losses. We strongly recommend testing the Bot on a demo account before using it with real funds, and never trading with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. License and permitted use
On confirmation of your order, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for your own trading. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or reverse-engineer the Bot file without our prior written consent.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Site or the Bot at any time. We aim to provide continuity of access for existing confirmed purchasers but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site, download links, or any live performance data shown on the Site (which depends on third-party services).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoTrader and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Bot or the Site. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
