Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information algotraderfx.store ("we", "us") collects when you use the Site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We collect the minimum needed to process your order, confirm payment, and give you access to your purchase.
1. Information we collect

Visits are counted using an anonymous identifier that is regenerated every day and cannot be traced back to you. We never store your IP address for this, set no cookies, and never link these statistics to your account. |
We do not collect your name, physical address, or any payment card details — payments reach us in cryptocurrency, and we never see or process card or bank information, even when you pay by card through NOWPayments.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account.
- To process your order and verify payment.
- To send transactional emails: order received, order confirmed, order rejected, and password reset emails.
- To let you download the Bot once your order is confirmed.
- To prevent abuse (e.g. repeated failed login attempts, transaction ID reuse, excessive requests).
- To measure how the Site is used (anonymous, aggregate visit statistics) so we can improve it.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:
- Resend — used to send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets). Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver these emails.
- TradeSync — used only to pull public, aggregate performance statistics (balance, equity, win rate, etc.) for the four demonstration accounts shown in the "Proven Results" section of the homepage. TradeSync does not receive or process any of your personal information — it has no connection to your account, order, or payment data.
- NOWPayments — processes payments in cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin, if you choose that option. We send NOWPayments your order number and the price only, not your email address. Anything you enter on their payment page, including card details and any identity check by their card partner (such as Guardarian or Banxa), is handled under their own privacy policies. We never see your card details or identity documents.
- Public Bitcoin block explorers (mempool.space, blockstream.info) — our server looks up payments to our own receiving address to confirm orders automatically. No information about you is sent to them.
- Cloudflare — provides DNS and network-level proxying for the Site. Cloudflare may process standard connection metadata (such as IP address) as part of delivering the Site to your browser.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists, so you retain access to your purchase and download history. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below — we'll action this unless we're required to retain certain records (e.g. for fraud prevention on a disputed order).
Anonymous usage statistics are kept for up to 13 months and then deleted automatically. The daily identifier used to count visits is discarded at the end of each day, after which those records can no longer be linked together.
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed using scrypt with a unique salt per user and are never stored or logged in plain text. Session tokens are generated using cryptographically secure randomness and expire automatically. Access to the admin panel (which can view order and email data) is restricted to a single authenticated administrator account.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in (storing a session token), rather than tracking cookies. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising: our visit statistics are collected without cookies and are processed only on our own server, not by any third-party analytics provider.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the Site operates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
