This Privacy Policy explains what information algotraderfx.store ("we", "us") collects when you use the Site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We collect the minimum needed to process your order, confirm payment, and give you access to your purchase.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your name, physical address, or any payment card details — payment is made directly to a BTC address, and we never see or process card or bank information.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account.
- To process your order and verify payment.
- To send transactional emails: order received, order confirmed, order rejected, and password reset emails.
- To let you download the Bot once your order is confirmed.
- To prevent abuse (e.g. repeated failed login attempts, TXID reuse, excessive requests).
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:
- Resend — used to send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets). Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver these emails.
- TradeSync — used only to pull public, aggregate performance statistics (balance, equity, win rate, etc.) for the three demonstration accounts shown in the "Proven Results" section of the homepage. TradeSync does not receive or process any of your personal information — it has no connection to your account, order, or payment data.
- Cloudflare — provides DNS and network-level proxying for the Site. Cloudflare may process standard connection metadata (such as IP address) as part of delivering the Site to your browser.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists, so you retain access to your purchase and download history. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below — we'll action this unless we're required to retain certain records (e.g. for fraud prevention on a disputed order).
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed using scrypt with a unique salt per user and are never stored or logged in plain text. Session tokens are generated using cryptographically secure randomness and expire automatically. Access to the admin panel (which can view order and email data) is restricted to a single authenticated administrator account.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in (storing a session token), rather than tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the Site operates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
